Terms & Conditions
- The Sunset Cinema Club membership allows access to all ticketed SCC screenings across India free of cost till the duration of the membership.
- The member will have to reserve seats for the screening they wish to attend in advance through SCC website. Seat Reservation is subject to availability.
- Each member is allowed to bring a +1 for an open air screening. For a Drive-in screening a member can be accompanied by upto 3 guests in a car.
- The Membership includes only entry to the screenings. Food and Beverages or any other items can be purchased separately and are not included in this membership.
- Member cannot book more than one event happening on the same day.
- Carrying of a valid photo ID is a must to all screenings. Access to the screening will be denied in the absence of a valid photo ID.
- No refund/cancellation of Membership is possible under any circumstances.
- Venue rules apply at all screenings.
- Security procedures including frisking remain the right of the management.
- SCC reserves the rights to amend, change or update the terms of this membership from time to time at its own discretion. Member shall be responsible for checking these terms and conditions from time to time and ensure continued compliance with these terms.
- A total of 50% seats of each ticketed event will be reserved for members only. In case all members seats are totally booked, the member has the option of either purchasing a regular ticket to the event or booking any other event in the future.
- In case of event cancellation due to any reason, members will be informed in advance about the cancelation and can reserve seats for any other event in the future.
- The subscription is not bound for an extension in case of force majeure conditions like lock down, rain, strike, imposition of section 144 by the state etc.
- All our shows are planned based on favourable weather conditions. During certain months of the year owing to inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances, shows are put on hold. No refund/extension is applicable on the membership in such a scenario.
